Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. Straight over roundabout (St. Mattew's Church). Island Holiday Apartments are on the right side immediately after the roundabout.

From Lincoln:

Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 1/4 mile take first main turning left. Straight over roundabout (St. Mattew's Church). Island Holiday Apartments are on the right side immediately after the roundabout.
